Indena’s Cosmetic Fluid Extract Lines Move to Greentech
Idena, Milan, Italy, has disclosed a preliminary agreement to transfer its cosmetic fluid extract lines, including the Phytelenes and Cosmelene brands, to the phytocosmetic specialists Greentech S.A., Saint-Beauzire, France. The agreement allows Greentech to pursue further development, enrich its product range, and create and strengthen partnerships both in France and elsewhere.
